  • Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day-by-day client communication;
  • Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting;
  • Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend;
  • Manage campaign brainstorming and planning with internal teams;
  • Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment;
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties;
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders as well as industry relations at all levels;
  • Understand client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs;
  • Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers;
  • Consolidate campaign report and present to client;
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture;
  • Provide guidance and support in navigating client challenges and fostering professional growth within the team.


  • Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in agency environment is essential;
  • Atleast 7 years of experience performing Account Management role in advertising industry;
  • Solid experience working with a variety of categories;
  • Having strategic planning experience is an advantage;
  • Management of integrated campaigns: including media, creative, branding, content, digital, PR, social…;
  • Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management;
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking;
  • fluent English is a must;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans;
  • A pro-active attitude and ready to get stuck in;
  • Team-oriented, results-driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    Planning recruitment and directly working with Managing Director for updating the hiring requests.

    Producing effective online media plans as well as competitive/audience analysis; convincingly and methodologically building solutions to clients’ problems.

    Planning and executing social media strategy, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with their communities and audiences.
