BACKGROUND

ACB is one of the leading joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam, with an extensive network of branches and over 13,000 employees, offering a wide variety of products and services. On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) launched an automated banking model called ACB lite.​

ACB aims to increase brand awareness and encourage users to experience ACB lite. Additionally, the bank aims to reach the top 5 in industry share of voice by the end of 2023.​

STRATEGY​

  • Propose the strategy "Sống gọn nhẹ" to emphasize the compactness and conveniences of ACB lite automated banking:
  • Content: Focus on the compact features of ACB lite and promotional programs to encourage user experience.​
  • Production (Key Visual & iTVC): Propose photo/mood , shooting talents, post production ​
  • Community Group: Develop a content pillar that includes an introduction to ACB lite, experience sharing, and promotional programs to increase trust and stimulate curiosity about ACB lite.​
