    BACKGROUND

    Coway officially launched in Vietnam in 2020. Although Coway is the No. 1 brand of Water Purifier (WP) and Air Purifier (AP) in Korea, Coway is a new brand in VN market.​ Coway want to traffic to Coway Vina E-commerce Platforms and generate chance to convert sales.

    STRATEGY

    • Connect with high value customers and encourage them to enroll in your sale program by creating dynamic ads with the product catalogs, and directly drive sales to e-com platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Website.
    • Optimize formats Off-site such as CPAS, GG Shopping Ads, Performance Max to bring the best ROAS performance with the highest revenue and lowest cost.
    • Besides target to user behavior and interest, we also leverage the data from E-com platform & Branding campaign to optimize for conversion.​

    RESULTS

      Drive more than 10K traffic on E-commerce/month from only CPAS ads.

      ROAS from CPAS increase from 0.5 in 2022 -> 1.5 in 2023.​
