The recognition celebrates her forward-thinking leadership and her role in guiding a young Marketing team to achieve remarkable success across the region.
The Vietnam – Malaysia Trade Promotion Forum 2025 was a key event held alongside the 47th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 26. The forum was co-organized by the Institute for Enterprise Quality Evaluation and Human Resource Development and the Association for Legal Policy Consultants for Investment Activities in Vietnam, under the direction of senior government leaders from both Vietnam and Malaysia. To foster collaboration among multinational enterprises, the event recognized outstanding individuals and organizations for their exceptional contributions to business, technology, and community development.
BRANCHER.X, one of the few marketing agencies nominated for the award, proudly received recognition at the event. As a member of NetworldAsia Group with over 15 years of experience, the company stands out for its proprietary Big Data system and advanced technology. BRANCHER.X continuously innovates to deliver effective and cost-efficient communication solutions. The company currently serves as a strategic partner to numerous leading domestic and international brands across diverse sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, F&B, and technology.
In addition to the corporate recognition, BRANCHER.X celebrated another major achievement as its Managing Director, Ms. Ngo Nguyen Ngoc Yen, was honored with the title of “ASEAN Outstanding Leader 2025.” Sharing her joy, Ms. Yen expressed that this recognition is not only a personal honor but also a strong affirmation of the effectiveness of the company’s current direction and strategic vision.

Marketing in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has not only become a hot global topic but also a widely adopted tool in the marketing industry, enhancing creativity, content production, visual design, and in-depth research. However, alongside the remarkable convenience brought by this technological revolution, many young marketers have expressed concerns about whether these tools might eventually replace their daily work.
Confronted with this challenging question, Ms. Yen shared her thoughts and encouraged young professionals to recognize the enduring importance of human values. While modern technology may seem astonishingly advanced, at its core, it remains a tool that requires people to train, refine, and improve it every day. According to Ms. Yen, young marketers should focus on continuous self-development, expanding their knowledge, and sharpening their technological skills. The ability to adapt, apply, and integrate technology, especially artificial intelligence, into daily work is one of the key factors that will help the younger generation move faster and go further in this era of rapid innovation.

“Human potential is limitless, so never confine yourself within invisible fears shaped by your surroundings,” Ms. Yen remarked. Rather than worrying about what the future holds, she encouraged young professionals to look at the present to see how the revolutionary advancements of AI are already enhancing the quality of both life and work. This philosophy also defines how BRANCHER.X operates: by integrating a wide range of technologies to simplify internal processes, the company optimizes time, manpower, and financial resources for both its own operations and those of its clients.
The Next-Generation Agency: A Partner Driving Daily Business Growth
One clear trend shaping today’s market is the increasing demand for speed and measurable results. Major brands are now heavily investing in continuous livestream commerce, while e-commerce activities occur more frequently than ever before. This shift reveals that the pressure for revenue growth is gradually moving beyond the sales department, reaching marketing teams as well. According to Ms. Yen, agencies in this new era must constantly evolve their mindset and upgrade their skills to become trusted partners who not only manage campaigns but also drive clients’ business growth, measured day by day.
As the Managing Director of BRANCHER.X, recognized by RECMA as the fastest-growing advertising agency in Vietnam for six consecutive years (2020–2025), Ms. Yen emphasized that agency success today goes far beyond imaginative ideas or highly “viral” messages. It now lies in delivering speed, scale, and quality in every project undertaken. From her perspective, this shift is a natural consequence of rapid technological advancement. While it brings pressure and challenges, it also opens tremendous opportunities for young professionals who are ready to embrace change and take bold steps forward.
Sharing her perspective on talent development, Ms. Yen believes that the new generation of marketers should strive to become flexible and multi-skilled, alongside their core expertise. This approach not only helps them step out of their comfort zones and asserts human independence over technology but also strengthens their competitive edge in today’s fast-changing and demanding job market.
“No waiting. No excuses. No delays,” Ms. Yen stated. This philosophy of speed and adaptability also defines how BRANCHER.X operates, constantly evolving to keep pace with the rapid growth of the marketing industry.
